Very nice hostel in Ari, 10 minute walk from Ari BTS station. The staff are AMAZING and will help you with everything, they are so lovely and I'd really really recommend staying here! The rooms are nice and the air con is really good, the showers are powerful and the breakfast which is included is good too. I love this hostel!!

Amazing stay at the Yard. Really got my trip around Thailand off to a great start. Som and Skye were super helpful!! Food recommendations, things to do, whatever you needed they had you covered!! The rooms have good air con and the shared dorms have a good number of people. But most of all, it's a really nice, friendly vibe. Shouts out to Som and Skye, i'll see you on my way back through Bangkok!!! 🙏🙏🙏

Best hostel I've been to. Super friendly staff, amazing facilities and the location is perfect to visit bangkok. I loved that it's a little oasis in the middle of the big city, super quiet at night and you hardly hear the sounds of the city around. I'll definitely be coming back again :)

I absolutely LOVED The Yard. It was such a lovely place to stay - especially if you are not a city person like me. They are very conscious about waste and respecting the environment which is great. I have absolutely no complaints with this hostel - staff was delightful, clean rooms, AC, common area, lovely outdoor area, water refill, and friendly cats.

The best hostel I’ve stayed at. And I’ve stayed at many. The staff are incredibly sweet and go out of their way to make your stay in the city as best as it can be. Whether that’s by giving you great tips of what to explore, or even introducing you to some of their local friends. There’s a beautiful garden space that acts as a common area where you can meet other travellers, or if you prefer, just relax in your own. But what really sets this hostel apart from the rest is it’s community feel. Past guests who loved their stay here regularly pass by to hangout. Locals as well. I loved it here. Although I left Bangkok to explore other parts of the country, I miss the vibe at the yard and plan on staying here anytime I’m in Bangkok !

I can’t think of a better place to start a stay in Bangkok. Friendly staff, comfy beds and rooms with AC, lots of useful information for travelers, and other friendly guests to make friends with like at any good hostel. Great focus on sustainability here too, and thoughtful touches like allowing you to sleep in the living room or have a shower before you check in if you get there early like we did. Was sad to leave but hope to come back someday!

The Yard Hostel is not really a hostel but a family. Everyone is kind of connected in this family, and they all take care of each other. It was my pleasure to stay with people like that. In front of the hostel, there is a burger place and cafe. Both of them are pretty nice to have a great time and chill. The staff at the yard hostel tries their best to take care of you and make your trip as great as possible! Thank you!!

Location within Ari (our favorite neighborhood in Bangkok, easily) is as good as it gets. The owner/employees are incredibly sweet, friendly, and helpful. The vibe of the hostel, in general, is very positive and social, and it's largely inside of a big leafy courtyard, which feels like a nice respite from the more urban/concrete surroundings. Mattress was comfortable, and the on-demand hot water goes as hot as you want it to be, and then some. The massive floor to ceiling windows in the private rooms were really, really rad - I felt like I was in a cool Japanese mini-apartment from a design magazine or something.

Highly recommend. Booked 1 night and then extended to 5. Clean dorm room, good showers and bathroom, laundry on-site, Awesome staff, really good internet (can work in yard or there’s an office room for some privacy), free filtered water, coffee, toast, and fruit yogurt included every morning. Bars and restaurants on-site. The location is perfect. The private rooms are really nice. Ari neighborhood walking distance to BTS train and everything you need. I’ll be going back.

This is one of those special places in the world. I can’t even put to words how wonderful my time was here. I spent a little under a week and loved every second. It’s managed with care and attention to detail and lots of happiness. They really value the environment and doing things sustainably. They also gave us some amazing recommendations for places to go. The people, though, were the absolute best part. It attracts a quality crowd. I'll be staying here anytime I’m in Bangkok. Feels like home.
